Lesson 1: Making Practice Harder Than Play

One of the hardest things about the game of golf is that it is played in a completely seperate environment to that of where we practice. Therefore, it can be hard to imitate the emotions and feelings in which we can expect to experience when competing. By learning to make practice harder than play we best prepare ourselves for the emotional challenge golf presents each and every time we tee it up.
